Sorry,

What's happening is that I double click on a 2003 Excel file, opens up in
2007. You cannot view the file unless I click on the Microsoft main menu
button. Then it pops up. I mean that it initially doesn't pop up right away,
just after I click on the menu button. I don't understand why this would be
happening at all. Plus, when I do click on the menu button when the file is
up or when I'm in excel with no file open, the menu doesn't drop down,
there's nothing. Nothing happens, for the exception of that note that pops up
telling you what the menu button does. So I cannot see File, Open, Save, or
anything. It just does nothing.

Sorry about that.

Well known problem reported by thousands. We're all hoping SP1 fixes it.
