With Content Advisor Enabled, can't download attachments from web mail.

We use a hosted email environment. We have stores where
the Content Advisor is enabled to limit access to certain
sites. Regional Managers can log into their "Webmail" but
cannot download any attachment. When I disable CA, it
works fine.

The attachments are .asp and java is used to point to the
file.

I've tried everything from adding javascript:,
javascript:wnd, etc. to the approved sites list; no luck.
I even had the hosting place add a content rating on their
end; nothing. Any ideas?

You need more information about what URLs are being used.
An HTTP packet trace would be ideal but they seem to be
absurdly unavailable for the general user.

Use the Privacy Report (Alt-V,v) to find out what site
things are really coming from.

Also see if these articles help at all:

<title>KB303478 - Incorrect Information Is Displayed in Content Advisor Rating Label Message</title>

<title>KB155823 - Content Advisor Warns on URLs Containing "~" in Name</title>

Good luck
