Wirless problems after sbc

Alrighty

I got the sbc home wireless portal installed it and realized that my
wireless wasnt detecting my new dsl network so i put it in again and
installed for wireless even though i already had a card and stuff working
anyways after this happened my wireless hasnt worked it gives a blank screen
not able to create another connection and no status on signal strength i
tried uninstalling the 2wire stuff but it doesnt seem to work so now i cant
even pick up general public wireless signals like schools or coffee shops or
libraries need help with this so i can use my computer more freely thanks for
any help
