Wireless Zero Configuration

The Wireless Zero Configuration service has to be started on my laptop
every time the laptop is turned on. Properties are set to Automatic.
I've checked the properties on my desktop, which works fine, and they
appear to be identical.

What could I be missing?

Anything in the event log that clues you in to why the service does not
startup automatically?
