wireless Signal Status ?

I'm not aware of any way to do this through managed code. You'll have to
talk to the network interfaces yourself. What PPC version?

I don't think there's a single, universal method that will work on all of
those. You can look at the NDISUIO driver, though. Maybe it's in the two
earlier versions. It works great in Windows CE.NET.
