wireless lan

We have 4 pc's on a wireless network. The problem is when you show the
properties of the wireless connection 2 of the pc's show a wireless network
tab while the others show an authentation tab. Of course with the
authentation tab one can not allow windows to handle the wireless network.
Anyone got any ideas? TIA
