Windows XP Wireless LAN domain login

Hi,

Having a problem with logging into a domain with wireless cards. I need to get the wireless to enable before the user logs on!!! other wise it takes ages to try and log onto the domain.

I can not find any information over the web fro this issue?

Can anyone help
