Wireless Connectivity between W2K desktop and XP laptop

I am able to ping w2k desktop from xp laptop but not vice
versa. Both are members of the same workgroup and i can
see the xp laptop from the w2k desktop, but not vice
versa.

Make sure that the built in ICF firewall is disabled on XP [as long as the XP box has
other protection from the internet]. FYI workgroup membership has nothing to do with
network connectivity or security, it just makes browsing simpler. --- Steve
