Wireless Connection Problem

I'm having a problem with my wireless connection getting dropped
frequently. I found a bug (828940) that seems to be the problem, but it
says that I need to get a hotfix.

So, how do I get the hotfix?

call MS and tell them you need a hotfix. There should be no charge unless
you ask beyond the hotfix.

Yup, that's the page I read. There is no download link there though. It
just says to request the hotfix. That's what I did here.

Those tentative hotfixes are not posted, but supplied only to people
having the problem, in a controlled way. You have to phone support and
start by saying you want hotfix 828940 because you have the problem.
If you ask for nothing else you will not be charged. You may be asked
to provide feedback on how effective the cure is, and whether there are
side effects
