Wireless Connection not working

I tried using a smc wireless network card on my xp
professional laptop, the first time i configured it worked
fine but after restarting the computer i never got it to
work.
but the same network card i am using in my old windows 98
laptop its working with no problems.

Does anybody know how to configure xp pro for a wireless
connection?

Hi Siva
It should be straight forward, just pop in the wireless
card and feed it the drivers when asked for them...
Has worked for me in several occasions.
Maybe you can try to remove your wireless card drivers
from the machine (add/remove hardware)and try the whole
process again...
