Wireless card no longer detected???

a friend recently worked on my computer because it was
acting funny and i guess he deleted my wireless
connection. i have an orinoco wireless pc card, and i
plug it in, and though the system says the driver's ok
and everything is working, it doesn't activate and
doesn't pick up any signals. Pleaase help!!
 
Yes, either reinstall your software for it (configuration utility) or
allow Windows to configure it. Click Start-Control Panel-Network
Connections-Create a New Connection. Configure it from there ;)
