Wipe Hard Drive

OK. I have seen the light. I am done with file sharing
and want to clean my hard drive of all evidence!

What programs are available that will allow a DOD wipe of
the "free" space on a hard drive? Has anyone used any? Do
you have any links?

Also, after uninstalling Kazaa Lite, are there any
registry entries left over that have to be manually
deleted?
