WinXP Welcome screen and Fast User Switching

When I click Change the Way User Logon in Control Panel Add User. I got a
message
Client Services for Netware has disable the Welcome Screen and Fast User
Switching. To restore this features you must uninstall Client Services for
Netware.
I have checked from Add/Remove program I don't have such program installed.
I used Spybot and couldn't find anything either.
Any idea ?

Right click on My Network Places->Properties
Right click on Local Area Network->Properties->
and check the box which says "Client for Microsoft Network".
 
Go to Local Area Network Connection Properties. Highlight Novell Client for
Windows and click uninstall. Just word of caution, make sure you don't need
Novell client to connect to your network.
 
Go to start then run. In run type msiconfig. Hit enter
than go to tab on top services. Scroll through til you
get what you want. It should be close to the bottom. I
have a similar problem and I have found that disabling
this does not help. Searching for a different solution
and hoping someone here can help.
