WinXP wants drivers for USB stick?????

Something is wrong with my winxp. I can't use my USB stick because winxp
wants drivers for it.
It was working fine a month ago. I didn't install anything that would cause
this problem.

Please tell me that there is a solution for this because I don't want to
re-install my windows again...

Re-install the drivers? Visit the manufacturer's website & try to find them.
