If I use ntbackup.exe to make a backup of more than 30 GB of data, the
computer will stop responding and the backup will never finish.
Almost exactly the same thing happens when making drive images using Norton
Ghost 9.0/10.0. The computer stops responding after Ghost gets 5 or 6 GB
worth of image completed, and the image is never finished.
I've gone through the knowledge base and haven't found anything that fits
the description of this problem, at least not exactly. I'm hesitant to try
any hotfixes without being reasonably sure that they'll work. Any ideas on
what the problem could be?
