Is anyone able to read UDF formated DVD's using WinXP Pro x64?
If so, could you please advise what the brand of DVD drive is, the brand and
version of your DVD/CD burner software, and the brand and version of the DVD
driver you are using.
I just received UDF formated DVD's with MSDN software from Microsoft and I
am unable to read them. Other people seem to have had this problem 8-12
months ago but I can't find a solution! Is Windows Vista x64 based on XP
x64?
This is so basic a problem its ridiculous. MSDN points to the DVD mfg. The
DVD mfg. points to the computer mfg. The computer mfg points to Nero DVD
burner and Nero doesn't even answer their requests for support.
If this keeps up maybe people should hold off buying 64 bit computers for
another year until the bugs get worked out.
