WinXP PRo & Win2K Server not keeping Connection.

I have 5 users on WinXP Pro who are constantly losing their connection
to
the Win2K server. I have tried using Netbieu which seems towork for a
while
and then we're back to the drawing board.

IS there anything else that I can try to get these O/S connected
constantly????

if this is not autodisconnection issue, I would check the hardware settings
such as NIC and switch.
