winxp pro error

When trying to access local users & groups I get a library not registered
message and cannot access the users.

First run the system file checker tool, click start, run,

and type in; " sfc /scannow " with that space after sfc,
and it will ask for your XP CD to copy any needed system
files. It will run as windows file protection. Or you may
need to just delete those user profiles and create new
ones in user accounts in the control panel.
