How can I create a boot floppy to start Windows XP in provisional mode?

No such thing as "provisional mode". Exactly what do you wish to do?

Excuse me but I'm italian and my english is not perfect.

I have an installation of Windows XP in progress on my pc.
I can't do anything now, because it always start the installation procedure.

This installation stops because a driver is in conflict with XP.

I have to delete this driver(i know what is), but I can't do it with the
MS-DOS prompt because the file is on a NTFS partition.

Then, I ask if there is a way to boot the 'temporary' mode(it means the non
standard mode, the simple mode without all processes active).

Excuse me for my bad bad english!

Provisional mode seems to be from a non-English language version of XP.
From the Windows Advanced Options Menu.

Found this on the net:
1. Normal
2. With Registry file (\BOOTLOG.TXT)
3. Provisional mode
4. Confirm step-by-step
5. Command prompts with network (?) support
6. Command prompts in provisional mode

Provisional mode would be Safe Mode and Command prompts in provisional mode
would be Safe Mode with Command Prompt.

The XP CD is bootable.
