WinXP Print Sharing keeps unsetting itself upon reboot

Here is the specs for what I am using.

Novell Login server for security
Windows XP with Service pack 2. Completely upgraded with all windows
upgrades and driver upgrades.
This issue is not specific to any type of printer, I can duplicate this
error on different types of dell and compaq computers and with many different
types of printers.

I am using the standard windows way of sharing a printer on a network. Not
using Novell Shares etc.

All I am doing is right clicking on the printer and going to the Share tab.
I am sharing the printer on the network and while I remain logged in and do
not reboot the computer, the share works fine.

As soon as I restart the computer, both using Restart or Shut Down, when I
get the computer back up, you can goto the Printers, and notice that the icon
next to the printer still LOOKS like it is shared with the little hand. If
you goto the Share tab of that printer Sharing is no longer enabled, and the
printer is not shared on the network.

We have no kind of firewall blocking this. We are using Norton Anti-Virus
Corp. ver 10.1, and also Microsoft Anti-Spyware. Neither of those appear to
be blocking the changes to the registry needed to hold sharing.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

It sounds like the spooler service is starting before the server service is
fully functional. Check for system eventlog entries. I think this is error
19. Then find out what is causing the delay in the server startup. Does
this happen if you remove the Netware stuff?
