WinXP only recognizes 2GB on new 160GB drive

I'm currently having trouble getting Windows to recognize my new hard drive as a 160GB drive. It can only "see" 2GB, and I don't know how to fix it. I've formatted an 80GB HD with this computer before without a problem, but I'm having trouble with this one. I have Windows XP Pro SP1, all the critical updates, and an Intel motherboard with a Pentium 3. My BIOS and OS should support drives over 137GB, but at the very least I should be able to find more than 2GB. Thanks for any help.

Hi,

Please see:

in Windows XP

Although SP1 is installed, you may not have the right file versions in
place.
