Bill

After being "ON" for about 30 mins, I hear my HD whirring and the HD
busy light goes on, then my mouse and keyboard become inactive/not
responsive

my HD will whir and whir until I just pull power to the system.

upon reboot, i occasionally get a "win32k.sys error - address BF9190F"
on a blue screen. If THAT does not happen, I get a black screen with
text saying "Boot Disk Failure - Insert System Disk"

computer was working PERFECT until a few days ago - Computer is NEW

info?

Hi Bill,

You may have a failed or failing hard drive. If the machine is new, call for
support now, do not delay.

Otherwise, I'd recommend downloading and running a drive diagnostic utility
from the maker of the hard drive. Check your system specifications to see
what type you are using.
