WinXP Help and Support will not work in my PC

My WinXP Help and support won't work, because of some external bug.
I have heard that there is a fix called "WinXPHelpFix.reg" in download center. I tried to search for it, but could not find it.
Can You help me find it, please !!!

It's not in the download section of Microsoft, as it was written by MVP Doug
Knox and is available on his web site here:
