Where in XP is the browser "favorites" file located?

Here:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Favorites

and here:

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Favorites

There are two Favorite File locations in XP:-
1]C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Favorites and
2]C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Favorites
