winxp controling

I have got 2 questions as follow:

1)I have got a computer at home and office both having windowsXP,is there a
way to control them from eachother or not?(Both are connected to internet)

2)on my home computer I have created two users one administrator and the
other one a limitted user ,I don't want some services strat for the limitted
user and I want his session works fast cause he dosen't need services like
Sqlserver or Net running on his session

Yes. If they are both xp pro, then you can use remote desktop to remote
control the computers. You're firewall at the office and at home would need
to be configured to let connections on port 3389 thru and at the office, I
assume you have a hardware firewall, so in that you would need to setup port
forwarding.
If you don't have xp pro there are other remote programs that work just as
good, like Remote Admin.

Check here for services info and disable what you don't need if you want.
