WinXP continuous reboot issue

When I try to boot Win XP, I get to the load screen, and
then my computer restarts. How do I fix this problem? I
heard it could be caused by a "bug" to prevent use of
pirated versions of windows, but my copy is legit and
store bought. Any ideas??

Try to boot into safe mode by pressing F8 when your computer is booting.
Once in Safe Mode, reboot back into Normal mode and see if it's fixed. If
not, you'll have to try and remember what might have caused this problem and
see if you can uninstall or fix the problem in Safe Mode. Also, check for
viruses.
