WinXP box wont boot after it's joind to a win2k doamin

Hi,

just finshed formating/clean install of XP Pro,
once i added to the domain everthing was OK, it asjed for
the admin information it welcome me to the domain
once i restarted that was it, it wont boot
i looged in safe mode didnt see anything unusal in the
event viwer, it might be rights issue in win2k server
i dont remember where,
any ides?

What does "it won't boot" mean? Do you get an error of some sort at some
point during the boot-up process?

no errors, just the win xp bootup screen thats all
(at some a rest the machine after 20min)
