Wintools spyware

I was visiting this site and the Security Warning box came up saying do you want to install such and sucj (its usually highlighted in blue and underlined. It's the box where at the bottom it asks: Do you always want to trust this company?
I ACCIDENTLY clicked yes. After doing this, i realized what mistake i made. So I immediately started Spybot S&D and Ad-Aware to detect and destroy it. No luck there, but Ad-Aware did show me which program it was. I went to that folder to delete it but it continously says the program is being used by another person or program, whenever I try to delete it. I tried terminating the program from the Task Manager, but it is not removed. Can you please tell me how to remove this program?

not quite. I used Spybot to disable the program on startup (soi m guessing its not running now, but the folder sitll exsists). Do you know how to delete that
