Winsock driver question

I have agent newsreader and when I try to connect to server it tells me I
should load winsock driver before I connect to internet to troubleshoot and
see if its loading. How do I do this? Any help appreciated.

I posted this in the device driver group but it looks kind of deserted in
there.

Reinstall Agent, and it should include the winsock setting it needs. You might try repairing the whole winsock system before you try
that. The netsh command in SP2 can rebuild your Winsock. Open the command prompt and type: netsh winsock reset , then press ENTER.
