WINS question

Active Directory network running in native mode. WINS
installed on a stand-alone win2000 server.

I'm trying to delegate control of WINS to a specific
technician without granting control over anything else in
Active Directory. I've read about a "WINS admins" group,
but have been unable to find any information on
finding/activating/installing the group. I've found
the "WINS Users" group on the local server hosting the
WINS service, but no WINS admins group.

Any ideas if this group exist? If so, how does one
locate/activate/install the group?

Why are you running WINS on an AD network? AD's DDNS should be all you
need...

....unless he has downlevel clients or applications that use NETBIOS.
