WINS - easiest way to move to new server

What is the easiest way to move my WINS to another server?
Old server is being replaced.
 
setup a new server as a repelication partner, once the database has
replicated remove the wins from the server that you're replacing.

And make sure to update your DHCP scope to hand out the new Wins server
address and to update the Wins server setting for statically IP'd clients
and servers.
