Wins cannot replication

We have three domain control server(Windows2000+SP4 server) in our group and set up the wins pull/push replication between three DC. but always get some error information in system of event log. As below

Source: wins Event ID:410

The description for Event ID ( 4102 ) in Source ( Wins ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: The event log file is corrupt.

Source: Wins Event ID: 410

The connection was aborted by the remote WINS. Remote WINS may not be configured to replicate with the server.

I have read microsoft knowledge base articale-139380(Multihomed WINS server replication partner failures),but still cannot fix it

Please help or give me some advise

Any help will be great

THANK
