We recently upgraded from Windows 98 to Windows XP. Can
anyone tell me where I find winpopup in Windows XP so I
can talk to my office mates via our peer to peer network?

I don't think WinPop is included in Windows XP. I tried doing a search on my
machine and there were no results.

If you want try doing a search on your machine.

From the command prompt, "net send [username] Your Message."
It'll even work if you use Start > Run > "net send [username] Your
Message."
