WinMgmt.exe - Bad Image error message!!

[SFROB]

I have done some research for the error message below and
have not found any info. If anyone has a clue what the
problem could be please reply.

"The application or DLL C:\WINNT\System32
\WBEM\wbemcomn.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please
check this against your installation diskette."

This is the kind of message that you get when you have a corrupted system
file
Run SFC /PURGECACHE and then SFC /SCANNOW from a command prompt
