Boot-time error: spoolsv.exe - Bad Image

I just installed a new 200 gb Maxtor hard drive. The transition went
smoothly, and all of the files copied over to the new drive from my 20 gb
drive without a hitch . However, when I boot up the computer, I now get the
error message shown below. It has not affected the system, but I am curious
what the message means, and how I might get rid of it. All of the files
(and dates) are identical to those on the 20 gb drive.

"The application of DLL C:\WINNT\System32\HPBHealr.dll is not a valid
Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."

The file spoolsv.exe is located in the following folders: I386 (12/7/1999),
WINNT\System32 (7/11/2005), WINNT\Service Pack files\i386 (10/28/2006), and
WINNT\$NtUninstallkb896423$ (10/28/2006).

The file hpbhealr.dll is located in the following folders: WINNT\System32
(7/31/2001) and WINNT\System32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3 (10/28/2006).

I don't know if any of the foregoing helps, but any help is appreciated!

A Google search suggests that HPBHealr.dll is an HP printer
file, so perhaps uninstalling/reinstalling all HP devices might
solve the problem.

Why didn't I think of that!

Perhaps a dumb question, but is there a preferred method for uninstalling a
printer? I have an HP LaserJet and an inkjet hooked up, as well as an HP
scanner. But, if drivers et al are to be removed, I am sure that merely
going to Start\Settings\Printers and deleting the printers may not do the
trick. By going to Start\Programs\Hewlett Packard, there is an Uninstall
routine for the ink jet and the scanner, but nothing for the LaserJet. I
also looked at ADD/Remove hardware, but no printers show up in the listing.

What am I missing? Would it also make sense to uninstall these items (and
reboot) one at a time?

Thanks for the response!
