Winmail.txt; ATT00016.htm

When sending a task from Outlook(2002) to a nother outlook
(2002) user they receive an email with two attachments
(winmail.txt; att00016.htm) along with the task info in
the body of the email, rather then the actual task. I've
looked around and found some possible solutions such as
using plain text or html format rather then RTF, or
turning of TNEF but still have the same results. If anyone
has a suggestion as to what might be causing this, or has
a solution please let me know.
