Winlogon Notification DLL

I created a Winlogon Notification DLL and can not get it to work using
Windows XP. I put the same DLL into a Windows 2k system and it works
fine so I would believe that the code is good.

Is there something special that needs to be done for Windows XP to get
the notifications working?
