Winlogon.exe

Hi Everyone,

I seem to have noticed a slowdown in my computer's
performance. Upon further investigation I have found
that that the winlogon.exe process seems to be draining
my CPU usage. The CPU usage rate fluctuates between 0 &
98 % every min or so. I know there is a similar problem
with WIndows 2000, but I can't seem to find a fix for
XP. Any suggestions?
