winlogon.exe using 99% of cpu

Hi.
My laptop is currently experiencing one problem, the cpu
consumption reaches 99% and the process that is eating it
is the winlogon.exe process.
I don't know what is going on because it was previosly
working fine.

Please help me as soon as possible because I can not work
on my laptop.
