WINLOGON.EXE error...help me out!!

I am getting the mentioed error just prior to the secure
login dialog box. The computer flashes the error and
proceeds to restart. It will do this endlessly. I have
tried safe mode and other window modes to try to get past
this error but to no avail. Please tell me out to
resolve. Thanks!
 
Install your disk as a slave disk in some other Win2000
PC, then scan it for viruses.
