Link 71 on Kelly's site gives a download of WINFILE.EXE, which I
believe was the Win95 file manager. Does anyone know of a link to its
help file, WINFILE.HLP? I googled without success.

(My Win98 disk has WINFILE.EXE and WINFILE.CHM, and I no longer have
my Win95 disk.)

I know you want to use Winfile but a much better program is Total Commander,
from http://www.ghisler.com/. You can download a fully functional program
without any time out (has nag screens though). It is one program that I
decided to keep and pay for 5 years ago. I wouldn't be without it. It also
seems that there are lifetime upgrades for the base price. I have gone
through about a dozen now.

I extracted winfile.exe and winfile.hlp for you from my Win95 disk. Is
your email correct? If so, I will send you the files ASAP. Any man who

Yes, it's an honest e-mail, and thank you in advance. (All I need is
WINFILE.HLP; I got WINFILE.EXE from Kelly's site.)

Rich, thanks for the suggestion but after looking at the site I think
I want to stay with XP's native Explorer plus occasional use of
WINFILE.
