WinExplorer Refresh

Whenever I do some changes to file names in Windows Explorer, the result is
not immediately evident. I have to press F5 to refresh the window and then
the changes are made.
What tweak to the Registry is necessary to correct this?
 
After you rename a file put the cursor at the end of the file name and
click Enter which should immediately change it.
