Winexe.exe

Does anyone know how to resolve the conflict with
winexe.exe. I have Office XP and winexe.exe seemed to be
related to it in some manner. It tends to block some
program from finishing their functions and tends to occupy
practically all my memory when it become active. Any
suggestions.

Google lists over 300 hits for winexe.exe, and all of them
appear to be referencenes to a virus. You probably need
a good, up-to-date virus scanner and a good firewall, and
your problems will go away by themselves.

This would most likely be because winexe.exe is a virus...
