WindowsXP lost password

Can any one tell me how to recover a lost WindowsXP login password. The
machine in question is running with Serverice pack 2. When I booted my
machine this morning, it asks for a logon password. My password is no
longer good. ??? Don't know why?

Can any one tell me if there is a fix to this? Please... I need help....
