WindowsFormsParkingWindow????

Don't know if this is the right group, but does any one know what
this means.
I get this error when rebooting, 'WindowsFormsParkingWindow not responding'.
A little background, I have been using Web Matrix to learn about ASP.NET. It
puts
up its own local Web Server for testing on the same machine. Well after
playing with
the ASP stuff this error comes up, and thats after the machin gets REALLY
slow.
Any ideas. Thanks
