For the most part. There are exceptions though. Specifically Word should be
fine. Other apps may have to be upgraded, especially antivirus, firewall,
burner apps or other things that hook deep into the system.
This site can give you an idea of what works with XP and what might be
problematic http://www.xpsc.net/ . Just keep in mind that the reports are
individual reports and your experience might differ based on your hardware
and system configuration.
