windows32.dll errors

I have a big problem. Something is wrong with my windows\system32.dll file.
every time I open a program that needs it to run, it can not run it. It
started with my Microsoft word, and is now affecting my Internet, and many of
my other programs. When I try to fix it, It says The file does not exist. the
last error message I got was "windows\system32\6oo4svc.cpy.dll", UMonitor." I
have ran a few of the dll cleaning/fixing programs that I found on the net,
but I do not want to pay for something if it is not going to work. Please
tell me what I need to do.

Scan your system with Spybot search and destroy/CWShredder/Adaware/
Run all the latest versions in safe mode.

they have all been ran many times. excpet CWShredder. when can I download
that, and will it help at all if the other two didn't?
