I noticed my 3rd party Host upgraded / added Windows2003Server. Would moving
to that system enable Access generated pages to work (allow input) over the
web? Or should I just scrap my Access stuff and try to use ASP.net w. SQL?

If you got it like that... make the switch. There's no comparison.

No comparison meaning switching to Windows2003 would be better?

You can use asp.net w/and Access database. If you have heavy usage in terms
up updates to the database rather than just reads, you my want to consider
jumping to SQL. But if you input is a small amount, then an Access database
on an ASP.NET site should be fine.
