You don't upgrade from XP Home Edition to Office since Office is an
application that is installed on the operating system. You're going to need
to be more specific about what you are trying to do. Are you trying to
install Office on XP Home Edition? If yes, what is the problem, what error
messages to do you receive. We need more than "It will not let me."
Or, are you trying to upgrade from XP Home Edition to XP Pro? Again, same
question, if the answer is yes, then what error messages are you receiving?
"It won't let me" gives us no information with which to work.
