I need to reset windows and taskbar. My taskbar is too far over to see and
when I open a window I can't see the scroll bar. Any suggestions? I even used
the Restore CD's, but the problem is still there.

If it's not your monitor...

Right click on the start bar, properties, taskbar and make sure it's
not lock'd.

Take you mouse to where the bar should be and when you get a double
mouse arrow, left click and drag it up, or down, depending upon where
it sits
